Hayley Dunford is a Florida native who built her career around a simple premise: property owners deserve to work with a licensed broker, not a leasing coordinator. She got her Florida real estate broker's license at 22, launched her first company at 23, and has spent her career building businesses at the intersection of real estate, finance, and operations. Rentwise Florida is where that experience comes together — a full-service property management company run by a working broker, not a franchise call center.

Before founding Rentwise Florida, Hayley was broker/owner of a Sarasota real estate brokerage and worked as a real estate analyst. Her financial background shapes how Rentwise Florida handles owner reporting — monthly statements, year-end 1099s, and a real-time investor portal that actually looks like it was built for someone who cares about their numbers.

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida (with a minor in real estate), a Master of Accountancy, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Florida (Class of 2023). That academic rigor informs how Rentwise Florida approaches tenant screening, pricing, and compliance — not by gut feel, but by process.

Hayley lives in the Sarasota–Bradenton area with her husband Spencer and their two golden retrievers, Maverick and Whiskey. When she's not managing properties or working with owners, she's usually near the water — which is why she understands exactly what draws people to this market in the first place.
